1. Computer Package versus Custom Built computers?

Buying a computer package is sometimes slightly cheaper, but what most consumers do not realize is that in order to give you the cheapest price, the seller has put in at least one component which is not top notch. This might mean replacing that component sooner than you should have to, or worse, a much slower system. Think about it in the sense of a car. If you buy a Mercedes Benz, would you want a Honda engine in it? This is a common problem for people who are not very familiar with computers. They walk into a store and get persuaded to purchase something by a sales representative who hardly even knows the details about the computer. Yes, the sales representative made a commission, but you just got cheated.

2. Which network do you recommend: wired or wireless?

The choice depends on many factors such as the distance between computers and router, type of objects at the site, type of router used, etc. If the distance is too great, you need additional parts to cover all the areas using a wireless router. Sometimes wired is better if the setting does not permit good signal reception. e.g. A factory dealing with metal.

3. My computer takes forever to start. What can you do?

One to two minute computer start up time is healthy. However if it takes longer, your PC might need a tune-up. Sometimes, people have many programs that they do not use being loaded into the computer memory .  We will stop unwanted programs from loading into the memory at start up. We recommend our Tune Up package.

4. Can you move my data from my old computer to the new computer?

We can help you if you are buying or have bought a new computer and need us to transfer your data from the old to the new computer. We can make the transfer headache-free and, if you need, we can even backup your data to external media for safe keeping.

5. Can you built a computer to my specifications?

We can custom build your computer to any specification that you may require.

6. Do you have a store?

We do not have a store because we do not focus on selling parts. Our focus is providing excellent service. This also means that we do not recommend a part to clear up stock, unlike some retailers. We simply get parts on demand from our suppliers.
